Days Inn By Wyndham Cincinnati East - Cherry Grove

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a decent area, close enough to hill, restaurants...

Good stay, we were there for 1 day.

NOTHING

Everything! It was very dirty and the people were rude. Not what I expect when staying at a hotel for several days. They mixed up my room, never had clean towels.

Good refrigerator TV and microwave location right off highway

Need serious renovation, dirty, floor wasn't vacuum, had to ask for tissue,

We checked in , went to our room, checked our beds, found a bug under the mattress pad and checked out.

Not clean walls were very dirty,bathroom had mold,sheets on bed had cigarette holes burned in them staff were nice the room was terrible!

Checking out

The room was open when we walked to it. Was told could be placed in another room after being asked if I was sure the door was open. The next room had been used or someone was staying in it and the staff was not aware of them being there. This was not a safe location. The visit was to attend a training session at a christian university in the area. Never would I use this property or would I recommend the property to anyone. This was a TRAP house

First the rooms I reserved through Booked.net didn't get reserved. But the young man working the front desk was amazing. He was doing house keeping work and literally ran to the front office when he saw me coming. He was extremely polite and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. The young man deserves a raise !

The bathroom we dirty ( shower curtain was nasty and the toilet was disgusting. The air conditioner didn't work. The only good experience I had was the young man working at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.

All fine, but breakfast selection

The bed sheets had burn holes the pool was closed for service and the phone rang @ 6:27am and 6:43am for no reason no wake up call was requested

Everything was good, I totally recommend. The room I stayed in was cheap and large with a full hard bed and microwave and dresser. The staff were very very helpful, excellent, did all they can for a good stay. Liked the attached restaurant.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location was convenient, but the dirtiness and strong smell of cigarettes in the room made it very uncomfortable. The lack of proper amenities like hangers and a working shower only added to the disappointment. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless necessary.

Had to buy a bath mat, granddaughter fell on slippery bottom. Over price @ Booked.net charges a .75 fee for 20 local calls, whether you make them or not & 1.00 per day to use the safe that is in the room regardless whether you use it or not. Bed spreads were full of cigarette burn holes in a none smoking room. Bathroom is extremely small, have to climb around toilet to close door. Would not work for anyone handicapped. Pool was not opened.

Didn't have no breakfast selection like other Day Inn, toilet too low, no fitted sheets or comforter on either bed nor wash cloths.
